As per Hetzner:

We have fixed the error.
All systems are reachable again.

Looks like everything is back to normal? Will keep monitoring as Hetzner is still reporting an outage.

Not sure what's happening yet, all I know is that the hosting provider (Hetzner) is having issues which took down Visualizer database.
